These terms and conditions govern the use of the arabi.id website and the Islamic education services provided by Arabi Indonesia. Please read them carefully. By registering or using our services, you are deemed to understand and agree to the terms below.
By accessing our site, filling out a registration form, or taking part in a program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy. If you register a child, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian authorized to do so.
Arabi provides Islamic education with the Arabi method, covering Quran recitation and reading, tahsin, tilawah, memorization, Arabic, calligraphy, and Islamic studies. Learning is available privately in person, online, or through the Arabi App. The range of programs may grow over time.
When registering, you agree to provide true and current data. You are responsible for keeping account information confidential where a service requires it. Please notify us of any change of data or any unauthorized use.
Learning fees are charged per session and follow the level, from A1 (beginner) to C2 (mastery). One session lasts 60 minutes. The per-session price is the same for every city, both in person and online, and packages with a lower per-session cost are available. The applicable price and package details will be confirmed during the consultation before you begin. Payment is made as agreed and communicated by our team.
Learning schedules are arranged together based on your and the teacher's availability. If you need to postpone or cancel a session, please let us know within a reasonable time so it can be rescheduled. If a teacher does not feel like a good fit, you may request a replacement and we will try to find a more suitable one.
Learning at Arabi is kept with good manners. We expect a respectful atmosphere among students, families, and teachers. For learning at home or online, please prepare a safe, comfortable, and suitable place to learn. We reserve the right to stop a service in the event of dangerous or improper conduct.
Arabi teachers are experts who come from various colleges and universities and are trained in the Arabi method, selected for their expertise in reading the Quran and Arabic and for their heart for teaching. We strive to provide competent, well-mannered teachers for each of your learning needs.
The Arabi method, learning materials, designs, logo, and all content on this site belong to Arabi Indonesia and are protected by law. Materials you receive are intended for personal learning. Copying, distributing, or selling materials without our written permission is not allowed.
We prepare religious materials and information with care, drawing on sound sources and maintaining accuracy of tajwid and the rules of the discipline. Content on this site is educational and general, and does not replace a fatwa or direct guidance from scholars for specific matters. On issues where views differ, we respect the diversity of schools of thought.
We strive to provide the best possible service and information. Each student's progress differs and depends on many factors, including regular practice, so results cannot be guaranteed with certainty. To the extent permitted by law, Arabi is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site or service beyond our reasonable control.
Our site and services connect with third-party services such as the Arabi App, the daftar.arabi.id registration page, and WhatsApp. Use of those services is subject to each provider's own terms.
You may stop using our services at any time. We may also stop or suspend a service in the event of a breach of these terms, dangerous conduct, or other legitimate reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Should a dispute arise, we prioritize an amicable resolution first before pursuing the applicable legal channels.
We may update these terms at any time. The last update date appears at the top of the page. By continuing to use the service after an update, you are deemed to accept the terms in force.
