Yes. The initial consultation is completely free and without any obligation. You can ask about the right program for your child, learning levels from iqra to tahfidz, available schedules, and the cost per session, all without registering first. I do not live in Yogyakarta, Bandung, or Surabaya. Can I still learn?
Absolutely. Our offices are in three cities, but Arabi teachers serve more than 16 cities in person and reach all of Indonesia through online classes. For online learning, all you need is an internet connection and a simple device. Our teachers are used to teaching the Quran and Arabic online with a method that stays personal, one teacher for one student.
How do I register for a program at Arabi?
You can fill in the online registration form on the register page, or simply state your intention to register via WhatsApp. Our team will then contact you for a short consultation, match the program to your child needs, and arrange the schedule and first learning session. The whole process is guided step by step, so you never have to figure out where to begin on your own.
Can I visit the Arabi office in person?
Yes. Our offices welcome visits during office hours: Monday to Friday 08.00 to 19.00, Saturday 08.00 to 16.00, and Sunday 09.00 to 16.00, and they are closed on national holidays. Please let us know first via WhatsApp so our team is ready to welcome you and set aside time to talk about your child learning needs.
What is the Arabi app and who can use it?
the Arabi App is an online learning space for enrolled students. There you can view class schedules, open learning materials, and follow your child progress in memorization and recitation over time. The app complements the sessions with a teacher, so learning stays connected and tracked even outside class hours.
Does Arabi serve adult learners?
Yes. Arabi is open to all ages, from a child just learning the Arabic letters to adults and seniors who want to refine their recitation, memorize the Quran, or master Arabic. We often guide adult learners who start from zero, and our teachers are used to teaching patiently and adjusting the pace to your schedule.
How does Arabi protect my data and privacy?
The details you share, such as your name, number, and learning needs, are used only to serve your consultation and registration. Is there a registration fee or any hidden cost?
We keep our fees honest and transparent. During the consultation, our team explains the cost per session and the package options from the start, so you know exactly what you pay before you decide.
